Do I feel bad for those who worked there? Maybe, most of them chose to work at that company and continued to let the CEO continue on, but everyone has to make money somehow.

As of today (29 June 2023), Port forwarding is not offered for new customers as part of the Pro plan. Further, existing IVPN Pro customers cannot reserve new ports. Existing reservations will stay in place, and can be disabled by manual action.

Currently, it's around 75 books. It used to be over 200, but I realized there are only certain books that I will actually read, so I narrowed it down.

A majority of these books have already been released, and there are some that I'm just waiting to be released (and of course there are some that I want to read but don't know when they are going to come out).

I'm using LibraryThing because of all the books listed (including the ability to add new books) as well as their early reviewers program (I've gotten a number of good books from that).

While I also have accounts on Goodreads and BookWyrm (and a couple others), right now I only use them to add books I've read and leave a review.

Regarding good website hosting, you have to find the one best for you (and your needs). You can go with what a registar offers, but some may offer other things you need.

May I suggest, instead of linking to a specific music service (like Apple Music, Spotify, Bandcamp or Soundcloud), link to the respective page on a site like Songwhip. That way, it's easier for everyone to find that music on the streaming service they use.

Yes, I know they could just copy the details into their streaming service of choice, but this make's it more convenient.

I think because it's a medical environment, masks should be worn at all times (except when eating, drinking or alone). You don't know how sick someone passing you may be, and by masking you reduce it. I know many people are tired of hearing that and having masks, but it's been proven to save lives and reduce more people catching something.

I continue to wear my mask at all times anywhere indoors (that isn't my own home) as you don't know where someone has been (or if they are sick and don't know it).

Let's please respect everyone's choice and don't get mad at someone who may still choose to wear a mask.

I noticed the same thing with a local school in Canada.

I only read ebooks now, because a Kobo is what got me to read again (after a long time of only reading for school).

How do I get the books? Usually torrent (it's the convenience, price, and format that works best for me). Other times it's through the library or if I really want to support an author (like Cory Doctorow) then I buy the ebook.

There's nothing on the Lavabit website (or elsewhere that I could reliably confirm) that say they (Lavabit) have a VPN. I could always be cautious when using a new VPN (including one that is free) or one that isn't listed on the company website.
