I'm not sure why ur getting downvoted, I think most lemmings must be very uneducated on the auto industry. There are regulations that define fuel economy required for wheel base x track width. Basically, the smaller the footprint of the car the larger the mpg target so manufacturers skirt around that by making the vehicles larger. The regulations literally encourage vehicles to be larger, because adding wheel base is cheaper and easier than improving the economy of the existing engine their using in 12 other model cars. If ur interested in this sort of weird regulation stuff check out how the pt cruiser qualifies as a TRUCK. There is a reason new 3 series are bigger than old, and why shit like the smart car isn't sold in the US anymore, given it's wheelbase it cannot get good enough economy to meet our regulations.

Don't worry ur tpms ids aren't useful for tracking. Their not like exclusive to the car and in some data base, and not as unique as u may think. Their randomly generated either 10 digit or hex ID that u program ur cars tpms module to read. U can replace the sensors and run another randomly generated id and program module to see that as it's, or u can reprogram a sensor (or a blank) to have the existing ID. There is no real useful way to track anybody with it, the range is so shit on them and you would have had to already have scanned the sensor IDs on the car to know them, which surprise u have a licence plate and shit their already gonna have all ur info at that point. If ur getting tracked in a car, I promise you it will never be from the TPMS lol

So fun fact I moved to New England from Texas (Denton) and let me tell u the HOT HUMID shitty parts of August imo felt worse in new england than the 100° dry heat in Texas! Yes sometimes in Texas it got muggy too then it was hell and u parked ur ass inside but I was surprised with the humid heat in the northeast! France is seeing 105-106 f heat now, which if dry as Arizona isn't too bad here and there but if their acompanied by any humidity too your sweat cannot cool u off and u just fucking fry!

Ferrets sleep a lot during the day, but for a solid 4-6 hours are very active. Ferrets should be allowed to roam around SUPERVISED for ideally 4 hours a day, too many people treat them like cage animals and do not provide this enrichment. Their not cage animals, but they are too mischievous to allow full roam of the house unsupervised as they will tear into something or get somewhere they aren't supposed to! I personally supervise my ferrets for almost a hour every morning and a couple hours every afternoon. A lot of times I can get away with making dinner and stuff while their out in the evenings, but one of them likes to chew on shit he's not supposed to and one likes to climb as high as he can on the couch but is a clutz and prone to falling lol. One of them is a good boy and doesn't really get into shit and kinda follows me around like my shadow, so he isn't too difficult. Depends on their personality I suppose! Usually my SO and I are watching them together so one of us can keep them from getting in trouble and the other can get shit done. I have had cats and they don't seem to get into the sort of shit my ferrets will lol. Never had issues with my cats getting into my snack cabinets and treating them like a dig pit LOL. I also have harnesses for them and take them on walks around the yard so they can sniff new things. Ferrets are awesome, but a lot of people don't give them proper care. It's hard to blame them because there's not too many good resources on caring for ferrets anyhow, takes tons of personal research. They really should be given lots of enrichment, and the less ferrets u have the more u personally need to entertain them. For example having one ferret is basically abuse unless you hang out with the poor guy constantly, where having 2-3 still requires attention but they can entertain each other to some extent. After getting my last from Petco it took 2 weeks after switching diet before he didn't stink anymore. It's a shame what they go through in most petstores/ homes :( it's almost like having a permanent kitten

Cats more sanitary than ferrets? That's a likely uneducated take. I have 3 ferrets and they smell less and are cleaner than cats for sure. Most people don't properly care for them and treat them like rodents, their not! My ferrets are litter box trained as well as any cat and clean themselves often, and when fed proper diet they don't stink (#1 ferret food in USA is Marshalls, first ingredient is corn meal which ferrets as obligate carnivores cannot digest). My ferrets smell vaguely of corn chips but the ones at the pet store stink like ass due to poor diet and improper husbandry!! But u are right about one thing- they are a lot more care intensive than cats! But boy do cats stink worse than ferrets! Ferrets also won't give u toxoplasmosis, as likely 30+% of cat owners have contracted. So if anything cats are the more unsanitary dirty option.

Personally when it gets that hot I take a ride to one of my local swimming holes, most are fed by mountain streams and are CHILLY no matter how hot it is outside! But yea not much alternative some days

7 years is a decent life span for these guys! It's a shame the breeding practices for them in the USA are so piss poor. I was unaware of a lot of this going into ferret ownership, probably would not have supported marshals or Petco given what I know now but their such cute little bastards. My younger boy Lucifer is about a year now and still a riot, pabu and momo the older 2 we got as a pair are probably going on 5 and 6 years. One is just starting to show early signs of adrenal disease I think, may need an implant soon but have been very healthy! For personal transportation do you have an alternative to tires? I mean shit even bicycles contribute to this. I know the answer is better public transport, but for PERSONAL transport it's pretty hard to avoid tires!

Where I live bikes have as much if not more rights on the road than cars! For every 10mph in a car passing, u have to give them 10 feet. They have full right to use a car lane, and apperantly don't need to stop at stop signs or lights lol. This is very rare for USA but the states culture makes it possible for bikers to get around even in rural areas! Lots of Q tips out here biking on the main routes, I see them pretty regularly. Not so many young people though!

I'm sure there are people that only care about soccer, and are coming to see the world cup despite it being in the USA. Maybe some of those people were pleasantly surprised by what they found here 🤷‍♂️

That and there's only so much gas, once we burn it all up it'll take millions of years to replenish. Yea, you could say the same about battery materials, but those get reused for what a decade before they start to degrade? And the actual energy is free once we have the means to harvest it (wind, solar etc are all "free" infinite energy so long as we have the panels and turbines)
