This is cool as a proof of concept but I tend to agree with the 'dissenters' that the composition is much stronger in many of the unaltered scenes.

Is there an app that could send me a notification every 30 minutes?
I like Galarm, it's an alarm app that lets you set any interval you want to repeat, and you can set it to only occur during certain times. I have an alarm that goes off every two hours from 8:30am-8:30pm, for example.

How many communities do you have blocked?
I exclusively browse All and have blocked 615 communities and 2 instances.
Is there a way to block non English content? The last time I looked into this, you could choose to only see English content, but that would also filter out all content which didn't have a language specified. This made the filtering unviable because most content doesn't specify the language and most content is in English.

I use them for regressing a bunch of different bodyweight exercises like pullups and dips. Like another poster mentioned, you should also do negatives because the bands provide the most help at the bottom when your muscles are fully extended, which is often their weakest point.
