This is a nice shot, really like what you're doing with the colors here. I dont think the fence is working like you want it to. The composition is stronger without them imo. Might be worth stepping back and including the fence differently next time.

North America, I believe it is a Brown Fox. I think they're a little bigger. Red foxes look more exotic than what I'm used to.

Neck
