This is for June. Third party apps were still working, and personally I didn’t change my Reddit browsing habit much during June. Now that third party apps are officially dead, I’ve been on Reddit a lot less, and been spending more time on Lemmy. Curious to see what the numbers look like for July.

It has bipartisan support in the senate, but who knows what the republican-controlled house will do. This bill basically exists to prevent Trump or another republican president from fucking around with U.S. and global security.

Has he tried firing all the employees? I hear that helps with cash flow. /s

This is my first comment on Lemmy! I like the smaller community. It seems more welcoming.

If Trump wins the election, there won’t be a trial. He will try to pardon himself or have the DOJ to drop the case. I expect he will do everything to delay the trial until after the election.

Can someone with more knowledge of graphics libraries give some insight? How does this fit in with OpenGL, Metal, etc?

If I’m on a different instance, but I access communities on lemmy.world, would being on a different instance actually make a difference in user experience? Isn’t that community hosted on lemmy.world still subject to overloading?
