Climber on trial for leaving girlfriend to die on Austria's highest mountain

Interesting case. I think it's hard to call with the little facts on hand. There seems to be at least some level of neglect. I wonder, though, did she not have a phone? Was there no reception, or why did she not call or signal for help herself? If there was no reception, what else could he have done? Were there other ways to make it through the night? Those details will have to be evaluated in court.

Take it, please. I've been looking for a "get out of citizenship free" card. This would be a dream come true. I'd finally have a free slot to get dual citizenship somewhere nice. Maybe even somewhere with less fascist pedos in charge.

‘What Are You Doing?!’: Georgia Cops Took a White Woman’s Word, Ignored the Tape and Locked Up an Innocent Man for 46 Days — Now He’s Coming for Everyone Involved

I hope he also sues the state and gets his payday. I know this is taxpayers money and basically hurts them, but in my eyes, this is a good thing. The people, the taxpayers must hold their police and their government accountable and make sure they play by the book. If they don't, they need to pay. Obviously the cops and the woman also need to pay and get criminally and in the cases of cops and attorney removed from their job - without pay if course.
