How many cheeses are too many? I've currently got a little bit of Wensleydale to finish off, some Somerset Brie to stoke French outrage, a sprinkling of Parmigiano Regiano. Then some sandwich cheese like Gouda & Cheddar along with some emergency cheese slices & triangles.
Is 7 cheeses average, or am a cheese outlier?
