Creole kare pasta (Orzo pasta with an etoufee-style tomato sauce made with braised chicken and nduja)
I've been pondering what to make with a bag of orzo left in the cupboard... this sounds and looks like a winner to me!

People who are staying on Plex, have you tried Jellyfin? What about it do you not prefer? (real question)
I don't know if it's improved, but I was only put off by the memory footprint on windows. Plex was running more efficiently and does look more polished. This was also impart as I now use Channels for my live TV purposes as nothing else really comes close.
It's still installed and ready to go if I need to make the switch but I don't really have a big enough reason to do it. Too many other things to tinker with.

England schools ban fried nuggets in food standards overhaul
I left school over 20 years ago but I don't remember ever having things like nuggets or fish and chips (chips yes, but not fried fish). Couldn't even get a pizza, that usually come from home. Lol. Have school dinners got worse?
The worst things I remember are stuff like pastries and iced buns you could get at break time.
