Can I build up immunity to cold temperature?

Yes, you can build tolerance to cold temperatures by slow gradual exposure to them. Using cold water at the end of showering and wearing one Layer of clothes less to feel slightly cool (but not freezing) works well. Aside of cold tolerance, the benefits include boosting your imune system, turning your white fat into Brown fat, which is able to burn calories (and make heat from them, that's why you feel warmer) and lowering inflammation in your body.

Making couple friends in your 30s when child free?

Alow me an observation from the other side. I am a parent and I'm friends with two childfree couples (as well as with several other couples that don't have children now but plan them in the future). I meet my childfree friends when I have someone to babysit, so I have a free evening for them. Sometimes we spend holidays together and on those occasions they don't mind the children. In general, they choose the activities they want to participate in with me and it doesn't influence our friendship at all. In the end, I think it's about mutual respect (and finding people that are capable of it).

The answer is they're going to be adult about it. Even if the breakup gets a bit messy, it's still possible to maintain a good professional relationship. I've got several such ex-couples in my bubble. They're mature enough to make it work.
