Something similar happened to me while playing catan at a friends place and it was pretty weird. One of the sublets we didn't know very well had a new lady friend over ever month. The lady of the month walked into the kitchen in just panties and asked what we were playing. She obviously didn't get the response she was hoping for and left with a disapointed look on her face. We all wondered if she was hoping to fluster a bunch of "virgin nerds" like some corney early 2000s movie in order to stroke her ego.

Eminent domain didn't factor into this particular case. The Taylor Economic Development Corporation simply ignored the deed and sold the land to BPP Projects LLC/Blueprint while Taylor City Council and Judge Ryan Larson approved and upheld it respectively.

Forensic Poetry
Here's the paper for anyone interested. TLDR: In 2001 cocain residue was found alongside tobacco and hemp residue. There were also refrences to drugs in art and poems that the author supposes are cocain and cannabis. Fastwarward to 2023 when traces of cocain THC & CBD were found in bones from Milan. Today the author of the 2001 study is using the 2023 results to support his findings. As far as I can tell no one else has tried to test the pipe fragments.

All school buses these days have black out windows, like the one in the OP. Wild shit happened before the tint, like kids getting into literal fist fights when two buses stopped side by side at a red light.

Wild turkeys teach their young, through demonstration, how to forage, and avoid dangers. For a domesticated turkey poult the human takes the role of the parent & teacher. To top it off the wild turkey hasn't lost its instincts through selective breeding like the domesticated turkey.

Good to hear that there is a domestic option but Mahindra, of India, and Kioti, of South Korea, have been making owner repairable tractors for years.

The cat one is the original since the proportions, and fur are wrong on the racoon. Not to mention it looks like the racoon has a cat paws rather than little grabby hands.

To each their own I suppose. Personally I've only met women that liked points 2 through 4. Is worrying about her getting enough sleep or eating well considered dominant?

Probably don't want to add theft to destruction of property charges, especially since at a certain $ value stolen it gets bumped up to a felony but ianal.

What's the best film you've seen in the last few years? Doesn't matter when it came out
STALKER 1979 based on the sifi novel Roadside Picnic, and was the inspiration for the video game series of the same name. It reminded me of Annihiliation 2018 but less horror/action, and more lamentations on humanity.

The mind boggles
One grandma thought cooking from scratch was old fashioned, so everything came from a box or can, and the other grandma cooked 99% from a 1950 betty crocker cookbook and a USDA home canning/pressure cooker bulletin. The chain of heirloom recipes being passed down was broken a generation or two earlier.

"bird watching" goes both ways
Never had a bird beg, but they do seem attracted by the sounds of filling the feeder.
