Yeah. The best strategy is to do the average, network, and job hop once every year or so. Focus on your health, friends, and family.

Networking with seniors and managers is more likely to get you decent pay rises than being the most productive member of any team, but job hopping will likely net you far more; including leaving and coming back.

Most suburbs in Australia have a park &/or pathway between houses every few hundred meters. The only places I can think of with bottlenecks like that are hilly areas surrounded by creeks and gorges.

This is actually why conservatives started using the term "virtue signal" to begin with. Conservatives don't possess empathy, therefore they view any display of empathy as a purely performative action where the goal is self-serving deception and manipulation.

That's why they use it for any display of empathy from a non-conservative. Signalling virtue is just something you do to be part on the in-group, like wearing a cross or saying "I'll pray for you". You don't actually possess virtue or care about other people, because that would be socialism.

It's not just ABC. The entirety of mainstream media — especially billionaire owned media — has been sanity-washing the mental illnesses of fascism for decades.

Coalition tactics in strong-arming the independence of the ABC worked, the same as they have worked against independent journalism in America and all liberal "democracies".
