Quote from the article:

"SpaceX has warned the plan could weaken connectivity in Ukraine, where Starlink supports civilian and military communications"

Go fuck yourself, NazElon.

GO. FUCK. YOURSELF.

You're not serious people. You're barely people as is.

He accepted that Europe has a legitimate interest in safeguarding sensitive government data, but argued that rules designed to weaken American competitors in order to lift domestic ones would not make European industry stronger.

So...

He doesn't support tarrifs?

At what point does Europe realize that each demand they follow leads to an increasing number of demands from him.

The trigger is a Commission proposal to reserve some direct satellite-to-smartphone spectrum for European operators, curbing access for US and Chinese firms including SpaceX’s Starlink

"I called dibs on your RF spectrum and you're not respecting that!"

The thing is, we Europeans can live without the US. So yeay, threaten us. Doesn´t matter which country, we dont like this kindergarten behaviour

It well be very hard. If America sanctioned EU no credit cards no tech. It would be very painful but better in the end.

Unfortunately they make up most of our trade... Nearly all software infrastructure... Defense... But yeah I am with you.

Giving in to the bully will definitely stop them coming back for more...... /s

Canada stood up to the bullying and was willing to fight back. Are the Netherlands/EU willing to do the same?

They seem to he moving away from us tech

Not fast enough in my opinion. I want them to rip up the old IP deals now that Trump already ripped up the trade deals that got them to agree in the first place and create an entrepreneurial fund for their citizens to create competing businesses. I want Canada or any country that is Western Oriented to create their own app stores that even Americans can access to get away from the US tech oligarchs predatory pricing and data harvesting.

That's true.

But does that make things any better? Is exploitation shared among the neo-feudalists better than just half of it? Or should we work to strip these people of their power?

It is precisely this mindset of “others should have it just as bad, or even worse” that brought these people to power, and through this division, they will rule over all of us... if we let them.

3

Yes it force the EU to finally abandon the USA and be a bit better in reducing global destabilization of the whole world

Trump acts like he's Napoleon.

  1. "Controls Elon" with communications via Starlink, hurting those who'd need communications most
  2. Controls information on one of the largest news platforms (FB) via Meta and Zuck
  3. Influences AI algorithms to only say nice things about himself and his presidency
  4. Fear mongers and tries to manipulate other countries into submission via threats of violence, tariffs, or other trade tactics to hurt them

When is someone or some dept going to step in to defend the country from threats, both "foreign and domestic"?

  1. Installs regimes friendly to him in countries all over the world.

I hate these fucking cretins. Fuck Elon and Trump and every dead-eyed, slobbering, scrap-gobbling sycophant that surrounds them.

I wonder if the European Space agency could "accidentally" hack and de-orbit the starlink constellation. That'd be funny.

Look I don't like the idea of having non-scientific infrastructure in space now imagine my feelings on it being privately owned. Also I legitimately can't see Elon Musk as human at this point, it's firmly and irrevocably within the sacrifice fodder category in my mind. I didn't mean to dehumanize that thing but my hatred is maximum.

So many of us in the same boat. How that piece of shit doesn’t catch lead every time he’s seen in public is, frankly, dispicable.

3

We have all drank of the font of peace and it's made us adverse to violence. Fucks like Musk wouldve been killed a hundred times over a hundred years ago, there's a reason the oligarchs of old put so much into philanthropy and kept from the public eye where possible.

2

Is the text also slop or just the image?

That said, any such threats confirm that the EU is doing the right thing.

6

Bla bla bla bla is all I hear now. Most of the world is moving on without the demented bully that is the US.

5

Let me guess, moar tariffs! This one-trick pony administration should do everyone a favor and take itself out to the woodshed.

3

Europe, tell the demented rapist to go fuck himself. Hopefully, if our lefty friends can make it out of the house this time we’ll have some change to report in four weeks.

Most unpopular, least competent “predisent” evar.
