As an emt I can say that is what we are told to ask from the start but most of the time it is based around any abdominal pain in a woman from 8 to 80

I only had one instructor out of my maybe 10 or so said to check to make sure the patient can physically get pregnant before you assume that is the issues

They also said you need to assume they are until conclusively proven otherwise even if directly told multiple times they aren't

I'm also not a "doll"

I prefer girl or that bitch over there

But I am about as neutral to tgirl as I am trans girl because they are both terms that refer to the same thing although I can see why, the only one that I have that visceral a reaction to is the t slur that is also really common to describe us on those sites and being called a trans is almost as bad but not quite although I hate both quite a bit

bogeyman rule

I recently started loving the summer, I used to dislike summer and winter but after I went on estrogen I seem to have started getting cold easily and don't dislike the humidity as much as I used to so I feel amazing all summer and freezing ass cold from late summer to early spring.

To be clear I always got cold starting at like 75f roughly 23.8c if there is any wind but I am finally feeling good at 90% humidity and like 36c

Wasn't tankie originally cold war British Communist slang to refer to people who agreed that the Hungarian revolution of 1956-1968 Was funded by the CIA and that rolling the tanks in was as such an appropriate response

(No I don't have this memorized so I had to double check but that was the original meaning)

Command line tip of the day

At some point when I am less busy again I think I am gonna swap back to a debian based system because my experience on arch and red hat systems just hasnt been as good (this may be because I started on Debian based systems and keep trying to use commands that dont work on the other ones out of muscle memory)

I get bored every so often and move all the important stuff to an external drive or a separate internal one and completely change my os

I am on manjaro but I have also run arch, red hat, void, mint, Debian, Ubuntu and a bunch of others that I either put on laptops or something similar as messing around with devices

Tails and slitaz have to be my favorite to run from a USB but peppermint isn't the worst

I feel like all of them are completely right and also have blindingly massive holes in them because that is how all systems seem to be but also I would be down to have any of them in power over the commically evil and corrupt billionaires we have in power now

I am still trying to figure out what label fits me because on some point I do completely agree with the ml's but also on others I fully agree with anarchists and on other ones I can see the merits of both but haven't done enough research or seen enough places using those systems to form a solid opinion on what meets the needs of people better

It could feel the os swap coming

It also has a b550 tomahawk mobo and ryzen 9 3900x cpu (I need to upgrade but it was cheap as fuck and I bought it years ago )

64 gigs of ram and 7tb of storage 1 on an m.2 and 6 on a spin up drive

I have had minimal issues from my manjaro desktop but I just dont like it as much as my mint based systems because everything feels wrong and I can barely remember how to update my graphics drivers on manjaro vs mint where I am confident I could run my entire system mostly command line from installs to updates and random other shit that I just can't remember how to do through arch systems because I dont run them as hard for some reason

I don't particularly see how top down would work because as you said the capitalist class aren't going to replace themselves so without a push from the bottom there will be no change and if you try and go bottom first it will be stifled and crushed out by the people currently in power unless it is a coordinated action from a large percentage of the lower class to no longer recognize their authority and just do it.

I don't believe that people should be forced at gunpoint into jobs they don't want but I could see non monitary benefits being used to incentivize workers move to places that need them at the very least until we have a stable system if not longer than that

As far as immediately going stateless I could see that being done in a sense but it would require those communities build up a force large enough to defend themselves from the state and unless the communities come up with a way to link together for mutual aid and become a union that is for all intents and purposes a state that can act together as one I feel it would be near impossible to best a pre existing state especially one with a massive military force already.

Not sure If that made sense but the way you explained the difference did help as I rambled my way through
