Based on the discoloration and the color of the walls I'm assuming it just belonged to an elderly smoker and that was their smoking chair.

Joke's on you

Karlach most definitely does kiss boys. And also girls. Her famous fan fiction dream scene has her fantasizing about a threesome with a goliath man and a halfling woman. This same scene could also be featuring Damon if you happen to have met him first.

Don't see how his use would violate that?

Think of it like a portable hotel room with no bathroom. You can travel wherever while outside the room and when it's time to turn in you just use the room.

He's also saying that he would not need to commute as in his home is close to work without having to worry about the high rent in the area where his work is.

Nintendo has officially announced a live-action 'Legend of Zelda' movie.

Uhhh... I'm not so certain that this is something that will go over well as a live action movie. ESPECIALLY if they plan on having Link appear in it. Link is a silent protagonist primarily because it allows the player to easily project themselves into the position of the character. Meaning that every individual fan has their own specific idea of how link "should be." Any deviation from that and... Well we know how gamers can be. If you don't put Link in it and focus on side characters in a plot that happens in the Legend of Zelda setting, you have a chance for something more successful as a spin-off. You'll still have people on the side shouting "Why didn't they put link in it?" But if the movie is written and produced well, then isn't much of an issue.

But the Mario movie was a success so I'm not overly worried about it and I'm hopeful.

If you had access to a scifi-level artificial super intelligence that could simulate anything perfectly at unimaginable speeds, what experiments would you want to run that would be unethical otherwise

Perfect simulations? So Laplace's Demon? I suppose it would be most useful in doing a little bit of viewing the future. If you could call that useful. The existence of Laplace's Demon basically disproves "free will" and anything viewed in the future would be set in stone and unavoidable. HOWEVER it could also potentially be used as a remote viewing device for any events that have already happened. Period. Yeah let's see what the dinosaurs actually looked like. Sure we can take a firsthand look at the originating events of any major religion. Yep we can literally view any major crime exactly as it happened.

Depending on who has access to it, personal privacy becomes literally nonexistent.
