Why Alberta voters filled out forms at the polls — and how the information will be used | CBC News

Despite reports of long lineups at the polls — pushing some people to bail on voting altogether — Alberta’s minister of municipal affairs stands behind the changes.

On the Calgary Eyeopener, Dan Williams said it isn’t the province’s responsibility to ensure municipal elections go smoothly.

“If the municipalities want [the] province to step in and replace their election authority, they can propose that.”

So the UCP is going to fuck with municipal elections but not take responsibility for the problems.

Alberta government releases no-go zone map for renewable power projects

From the article:

Within the restricted zones are hundreds of oil and gas facilities. One open-pit coal mine in the Rockies is before the provincial regulator and the expansion of another has already been approved. Much of the area has been extensively logged.

Full Release Mod Fixer (No DP Edition)

Does anyone know if the grievance is legitimate?

I just got the game and I'm not familiar with the history here, but I am using the original mod in question. I did verify the files as well and they are indeed the same.

I'm not even sure how to see if Donation Points are enabled on a particular mod or author's account.

I don't mind mod authors getting some kickback if that's an option, but taking someone else's work is rather poor.

Edit: Looks like this mod was now taken down.

Edit: There's a forum post from the author of the mod in question that mentions talking to the Nexus staff.

Hopefully this was all just a bit of unnecessary drama.

Column: Homeowners, it’s time to ignore your neighbors’ manicured lawns and replace grass with native plants

This makes me happy! :)

There are a few houses in my city that have gone all in on this and it's absolutely beautiful! We've started a big project at my house to do something similar as well. It's very exciting!
