He's not getting the product he paid for. That's a legitimate chargeback.

Credit card users paid $130 billion in fees, interest in 2022, federal watchdog says
It's not difficult to use credit cards responsibly and come out ahead. Moat people just lack basic financial literacy and/or the willpower to not use them irresponsibly.

Jordan won't take them because the Palestinians assassinated their king, created a civil war in Jordan, and tried to assassinate their next king.
Lebanon won't take them because they keep joining Hezbollah.
Egypt won't take them because they keep joining up with Muslim Brotherhood and trying to destabilize the government.
Syria won't take them because they're in the middle of a civil war.
Iran won't take them because they're more useful as a tool to destabilize Israel.

Mint.com is going away. Are there any alternatives that are as automatic and simple?
My wife and I use Monarch Money. It's good, but not free.

Easy. Get their attention by whatever means necessary.
Talk about things that are interesting to you. Ask them about things that they are interested in.
Actually listen and show genuine interest in the things that they like by asking questions and following up on things that they tell you.
If they do that for you too, great. Continue to build rapport, go on dates, fall in love, get married, build a life together, have kids, become happy.
If they don't, don't take it personally and just move on. If they're not interested in you, then you should not be interested in them. Figuring out this part is hard, but once you do, you will save so much time and mental.

Failure to adjust your spending after financial hardship would be incompetence or irresponsibility.

Al Jazeera is Qatari state media. The Qatari government has close ties to Hamas, so there is significant bias.

If you only criticize civilian casualties when Palestine resists, then your concern isn't civilian casualties. Your concern is Palestine resisting massacre.

Am I wrong? Every move they make seems to maximize civilian casualties on both sides. What has Hamas done to minimize civilian casualties?

No problem. My next protip is to pay your bills on time to avoid late fees.

If you're living paycheck to paycheck and putting more than a tank of gas on the card every month, you're doing it wrong. If you have more credit card debt than savings, you're doing it wrong. Part of basic financial literacy is building a safety net, so you're not immediately fucked when something goes wrong.
