Second, the vehicle must be fully restored to its original operating condition as designed by the manufacturer and meet the original manufacturer’s specifications and appearance.
You guys in PA need to find out who put this into law and get them TF out of government because they're obviously in the pockets of someone in the auto industry. There's no reasonable justification for these, and they should be challenged in court.

I'm looking for a file manager or gallery app that will let me browse to particular directories easily (prefer a file manager interface for this), look at images I find in them, and (this seems to be the really hard part) easily rename them while I'm looking at them. I don't want a conventional gallery app that just presents one huge list of all the folders it found anywhere on my device, as there can be several with the same name, and it's tedious to figure out what directory each one is under. I need to be able to go to a particular directory, look at the images within, and rename them while looking at them - the quicker & easier the better.
Help?
And so the major recession that's long been predicted finally begins. Right on time, IMHO - they almost always start in the latter half of January when they've been pushed off as much as possible like this & the investors get the year-end numbers they wanted.
As conditions deteriorate and people become more desperate, Trump (more accurately, his Heritage Foundation handlers) will use the disarray to impose martial law, and the US will decend further towards civil war.
I hope I'm wrong.

From my second-most favorite Fleetwood Mac album of the same name. It seemed like virtually every school marching band in the US was eventually required to use this song in their repertoire.
It's pretty rare for me to like an entire album, but Right Said Fred's "Up" is just an amazing range of good music & I highly recommend giving it a whirl if you ever have the chance.
Something I think most of us can identify with.
I could not find an official video for this, so this was the best alternative out of the roughly dozen or so that I tried. I can only guess the reason is that this was their very first single, and nobody expected it to become the smash hit it was. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong as I'm just a casual music enjoyer, not any kind of knowledgeable expert.
There's been a number of remixes of this in the nearly 15 years since release, but my favorite drastically different take on this has to be when they played live at The Hollywood Bowl.
If I had to compile a list of my all time favorite songs, this would be a serious contender for the top spot. I can't tell you why exactly except for the fact it virtually never fails to get me going.
There are numerous alternate edits out there, and IMHO they all suck because they screw up the flow of the original album version (which is what I've linked to instead of the official video). If it weren't for cassette tapes (and later digital), I'd probably have completely ruined my copy of the LP playing this song.
The very last line really made this song.
