Last year I started cycling and had a goal of riding down every street in my city. I made it to 25% last summer so I figured my goal this year would be another 25% to get me to 50% but I might go for 60% instead. I am a stay at home dad with two young kids so my only real opportunity to go is the evening when they go to bed so it makes a little bit of a challenge. I have to ride further and further to get to new roads as I have all the ones near my house but it's definitely worth it! I am sitting at 42% and am 4th for my city.

I have two kids so having Plex sync (or whatever it's called now) is a must have when we go on trips. Use our server to put movies/shows on their tablets.

It's fun going to areas I never would have gone before. I use Strava then use a website called Wandrer.earth which pulls the Strava info in. Be warned thought, it gets addicting!

I haven't used my account since the blackout. I have gone to the site occasionally if I Google something and the answer shows reddit though. My wife hasn't used reddit and is waiting for me to "cave" but I haven't been tempted. The first day was the hardest but now I just use Lemmy. Looking forward to some more polish on the jerboa app but can't complain about anything else really.

After watching the movie I really wanted to build one of these. I was looking at MOCs and debated on doing it but couldn't justify it based on cost but if they make a set then I'll definitely be getting it.

Just started Illuminae the other day and I am powering through it. It's a completely different style book and I am loving the way the story is presented. Can't wait to finish it.

My wife and I are on T.A. White's Phoenix Chronicles. We both really love the series and once we finish this it will be hard to find a replacement series for us to read.

Just hope it doesn't turn into us overspending for him.
