Easy, give me the blue pill. My mistakes and choices have brought me to where I am and have made me who I am. I wouldn't change my life for anything, especially not to correct a few mistakes. Most importantly I may not have met my wife or have my kids if I change anything. I'll take the money and use it to improve the life I have.

Have you tried stretching? I have had this same issue for years, also with back pain, and have finally started seeing a physical therapist. She has had me doing a lot of stretches and using a roller on the leg muscles and I can already feel the difference after only a few sessions.

We get this in Florida too. A random afternoon shower and the sun is still shining.
