The Maga reporter whose humiliation of Zelensky sparked a geopolitical crisis

I can answer this.

For the most part, I've been a lurker on Lemmy. Same with Reddit before this. I still upvote posts but haven't felt the need to comment or post myself. There's no shame in this.

After reading the Telegraph article, I searched Lemmy to find other opinions on the topic, but couldn't find anything.

I felt this was a detail that the community should be aware of, and felt strongly enough to post.

The reality for me is, I'm saddened by the events taking place in the world right now. This is not a time for us to sit back and remain silent. We all need to start speaking up.

I'm legit. Tell me what I did wrong?

Canadian hosting

Have a look at CanSpace.ca. I transferred my domains from GoDaddy last year.

They have been reliable and I feel good that I am supporting a Canadian shop.

When I needed to contact CanSpace support, they were responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.

My requirements are basic, so I can't comment on WordPress performance. With this being said, my experience with everything else for me has been awesome. No regrets!

For any others considering making the switch, do your homework but they're a good option.

Also, my Lemmy account creation date coincides with the Reddit API controversy in 2023.

I felt strongly enough to take action and quit reddit after that mess too.

I do agree with you though. There are definitely active misinformation campaigns on social media - even Lemmy is targeted by polictical trolls and shills.

It's good to have some critical thinking and question everything. I'm with you.

I feel this exact way about Trump. Like everyone else, Luigi deserves the right to a fair trial.

The world needs a new champion. Someone that makes the top headlines for doing good and changing the world for the better.

I wish generously and helping others was the new cool. I wish greed was the thing to be embarrassed about.

These kind of elites should be shamed, vilified, and outcast from our society. They want to live their lives, fine, but the way they operate doesn't mesh with ours.

Where does change start? With a stern letter or email? A post on social media? I wish I was smart enough to have these answers. I'm still rooting for Luigi. I bet he wishes it was over too.
