Minnesota Is Just the Beginning. California and New York Are ‘Next’ | The Trump administration appears to be planning to leverage the same playbook used in Minnesota to go after other blue states.

They're already spread thin in MN, this will only make that worse. They're already desperate to fill their ranks with enough bodies, this will only make that worse.

ICE is currently, and is likely to remain, susceptible to infiltration by resistors.

Any able-bodied people who are interested in offering non-violent resistance to preserve democracy should consider whether they're willing to exploit this opportunity.

Insta = Instagram

THOT = That Ho Over There

Prenup = Prenuptual agreement, which is a contract two people sign before they get married, usually to determine who will get what in the event of a divorce. It's usually used to avoid lengthy and costly divorce proceedings.

Pension = An older type of retirement account

So, that ho on Instagram stayed married to him for two years, fulfilling the terms of their prenuptial agreement, entitling her to full divorce benefits, which will be about half of this guy's fortune, which should be enough for her to retire on.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Florida Police Said They Were Forced to Kill a Black Man, Refused Calls for BodyCam Video — Then a Neighbor’s Footage Blew the Story Apart

Don't speak the words our corporate oppressors demand. They want you to believe concepts like sex, murder, drugs, and suicide are too adult, too dirty to be discussed explicitly in public.

Don't believe them. Say the words you mean. Use language that's accurate, not what's preferred by oligarchs for "marketing reasons".

You’ve Heard About Who ICE Is Recruiting. The Truth Is Far Worse. I’m the Proof.

The danger of doing something "ironically" or "to gain access from the inside" is, you MUST have a hard cutoff point, both in terms of time spent and things accomplished, and you MUST exit as soon as either one happens, regardless of the status of the other.

Anything less, and you run the very real and serious risk of doing it for so long, you end up actually just doing it for real.

It's not difficult to understand.

We hate the idea of only our government and the police benefitting from and having control over that surveillance. We hate the idea of being taxed so we can be constantly monitored, then prevented from accessing the surveillance footage we paid for when it could exonerate us or hold police accountable.

Surely you can understand it's more about who controls and benefits from the surveillance than the surveillance itself?

Did you pay your taxes?

Pro tips:

Many jurisdictions don't require you to have a business license if your revenue is under a certain threshold and the work you do is unregulated. Basically, you can just decide you own a business at any time without filling out any paperwork.

Housecleaning, auto mechanic, and IT consulting businesses aren't regulated and can be used to justify 90% of common purchases. A YouTube channel is a business and can be used to write off anything you make a video about.

Any major purchases you made throughout the year can be declared as an asset of your business. If you say you only use it for business 50% of the time, it's practically impossible for anyone to disprove.

Also, 50% of the money you spend on those major purchases can be declared as a business loss, which further reduces your tax obligation.

So, let's say you bought a PC and a 3D printer this year. You can decalre both as assets belonging 50% to your business, declare half the cost as a business expense, and declare no income from the business. You can also declare half of your gas purchases as being for your business. You'll get a credit for the asset, and a credit for the "business loss."

Basically, you can create a company that has your home address as its HQ, say it didn't earn any money, but you invested in it. Then, declare ordinary purchases as assets and investments into the company by saying you use them for business 50% of the time.

There's no requirement to have a business license before telling the IRS you have a business. There's no requirement to run a business "well" and there's no penalty for running a business badly. Receipts aren't required to declare assets or losses, but you may need them if you're audited. You're unlikely to be audited due to the 50% declaration. If you are audited and you have receipts, you're covered.

Disclaimer: I'm not a tax professional and this isn't advice.

When will America realize that this is not a joke. They'll be laughing right up to the goosestepping.

We know it's not a joke. The three most populated cities in the US are in deep blue states and full of people who don't want this. For everyone in those cities, it would take days and hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, to travel to the White House. Most of us are behind on rent, have had our cars repossessed, don't make a living wage, don't have healthcare, and have unsustainable credit card debt.

Outside of a very vocal minority, the American people are overwhelmingly united around the fact that we don't want this to happen.

However, the American people aren't in control of the American government, and the American government are overwhelmingly united around corporate interests.
