I don’t disagree with Gov. Newsom’s statement, but i don’t think “dismantles” is the right word. seems hyperbolic i guess. he criticized them, and correctly so in my opinion, but we see that every day. i’ll be interested when actual action is taken…

agreed, this would be a nice feature! i’m okay using it as-is for now though. i like that i can click the image thumbnail and view the full-size image without clicking into the actual post.

same for me, but maybe a bit more recent. i have fallen in and out of love with elite dangerous several times, but i haven’t played in maybe about 6 months or so. i probably have at least 500 hours in the game, i’ve got a fleet carrier that is slowly draining my finances while i’m not playing… but i feel like there’s nothing for me to do anymore other than continue to repeat the same trade routes over and over.

hi! i’m relatively new to mastodon and the fediverse in general, but i’m excited to grow my list of interesting people to follow!

my interests include, but are not limited to: art, literature/poetry, technology (particularly computer hardware and some veeeery basic programming stuff just because i think it’s neat), science, space (both real and in the context of sci-fi), cats, and politics (left-leaning would be a bit of an understatement).

it’s tough to say what i post, because it varies day to day. generally just whatever i come across that interests me. i wouldn’t say i’m a particularly prolific poster in general, but i do like to boost things that i think are cool.

if that’s the reason, i’ll take it. lately it feels like the conservative side stacks its own deck, completely at its own discretion and without recourse, so if this helps to even the playing field, then so be it.
