+1 to all of this. I paid for it when it was $90 lifetime, before either Jellyfin was popular before I heard of it, who knows. It works fine. No reason to put extra effort into replacing something that I have no problems or qualms with.

It plays sounds at presses, but I don't think it plays sounds near time out does it? That would encourage participation I think. I know players can set their own timers, but I don't think that's a substitute.

ETA: also keeping the chat going for a couple minutes after the game ends would be cool I think.

+1, the 30-minute lockout discouraged participation. I don't have a great idea for a replacement. Maybe a flat bonus time that persists between presses? Not sure.

I generally feel the same. Also, bubble bath- not relaxing, because then I'm covered in a thin soapy film and am forced to shower after.

That said, I think it's a western problem. I didn't hate baths when I was in Japan. Huge deep tubs, and the entire room is waterproof with a drain, so not only is the bath super deep but you can also overflow it as part of the experience. All that together made all the difference.

The bottom line is that you can trade other players stuff for their platinum.

I disagree with the author. Bullet Heaven is simply the opposite of Bullet Hell because the bullets come from the player instead of the arena. One of the points the author's argument stands on is that "fans of one aren't necessarily fans of the other" and that 'bullet hell games don't resemble bullet heaven games', as if the similarity in the name implies some similarity in genre, which is obviously not the case.

Yeah I feel this way about Sonic in general. You get punished for going fast in a game that markets itself on going fast.
