Sony Abandons Social Media for 24 Hours+ After Controversially Killing Physical Games
Their competition (Nintendo and Steam) already don't have physical media. Nintendo is moving towards 100% Game Key cards, and Steam is all downloads. Playstation could have used physical media as a competitive advantage, but decided against it for cost reasons. So now this is the end of gaming physical media. The game sizes are just way too large.

Going Back ↪️🏨
This is the Fed's fault.
There should have never been less than 3 percent mortgages. They basically gave away free home equity to an entire generation. And you know what they did? Bought 2nd homes and allowed VRBO/AirB&B to thrive. Now with "normal" interest rates, none of this makes any sense.

Everyone forgets Goddard. He invented what the German scientists perfected after a lot of government investments. The US didn't want to go that way with Rocketry, until the world saw the Germans make it work.
The US set Goddard to work on Jet assisted take off in WWII.

PlayStation Wants To Prove In Court That You Don't Own Your Digital Games

The courts still need to weigh in on this. If you purchase a license to use the software, the company shouldn't have the power to revoke that license without cause. The license should last as long as the copyright/patent/etc. does.

Housing prices
3% mortgages did this. If mortgages were kept around historical averages of 7 percent, the asset inflation wouldn't have occurred. The monthly costs at 7 percent currently are unaffordable except for the top 20%.
