[Question] Why does the Le Creuset cleaner say it's for stainless steel?

We bought our first Le Creuset cookware yesterday (~40% off the outlet price, so almost reasonable) and, although it was probably a waste of money, we agreed to add the $26 bottle of cleaner. In reading the directions, it says it's for cleaning cast iron and stainless steel. I assume there's either laziness or poor translation at work, and I'm interpreting the "cast iron" in this context as "enamel." Why would it matter what material is on the inside? Or maybe it's for enamel and also for cast iron? I saw they also make standard iron skillets. But why stainless steel? Why would I want a special cleaner for stainless steel? Do they mean carbon steel? I never wash my blue carbon steel fry pan since I use that every morning, but if they recommend it for cast iron, it would presumably be good for washing my big wok-style de Buyer pan without stripping the seasoning. Since we've already done paid for this cleaner, I want to wring some value out of it.

Can you tell if a map has been used?

I picked up a map somewhere. I don't remember how or when. According to the wiki, there is a chance to discover a quest while reading it; that is, it's not immediate and automatic the first time someone reads it. As I said, I don't remember how long it's been in the colony, and I'd like to sell it if I've learned all I can about the quest. The problem is, I don't know how to tell whether that's true. Any tips?

The chronophagy offering is you

I just completed my second chronophagy ritual in my current colony and it "healed" the guy's scarred eye. Everyone was pleased, of course, because he'd been blind up to that point. But he'd gained that scar in a tussle with a megasloth. How does this healing work, I wondered. Then I realized that the the bioferrite he'd been holding hadn't been an offering but a beacon. What does super-intelligent, artificial planet want with a small lump of metal? In fact, I concluded, my colonist was likely taken and replaced with a younger copy. Is it a construct, a body abducted from another dimension with a copy of my colonist's mind overlayed, or something else? I don't know, but so many possibilities fit the Anomaly theme more than "age -8 years and scar removed." And what happened to my original guy? What horrors awaited him in the archonexus's maw? I wonder.

Edit: typo

Mod to alphabetize bill choices?

Once I enter the mid-game it gets annoyingly difficult to find things in the various lists of craftable items. This is especially true at the trailering bench. I know there's at least one mod that puts categories in the list, but I'm not interested in adding more clicks; I like having it all in one list, but I didn't understand why it isn't alphabetized. After a couple thousand hours, I finally realized that headgear is mostly first, but from there the order appears random. I generally know what I want to build, so I would like to be able to open that list and find, for example, button-down shirts towards the top, and tribalwear towards the bottom. Anyone know of a mod that does this?

Uh oh

I opened my ancient danger a little earlier in my latest colony than I normally do. They were the first mechanoids my six colonists had faced, but there were only a few and we won fairly easily. There was a plasma sword on the floor and inside a hermetic crate I found...this. Hoo boy, did my wealth jump.
