"Rocket launcher" seems like the wrong phrase to describe something that looks like a cannon. Rocket launchers are tubes with the back open because the rockets propel themselves through the air. The launcher itself doesn't propel them. Rockets just need a guide to get started off in the right direction.

This is a high powered miniature rocket launcher, they differ from your average rocket launcher in that they resemble canons. /s
