[PWInsider] Tessa Blanchard and TNA Part Ways

Altered headline, they went with "TESSA BLANCHARD GONE FROM TNA" but that felt more like she was fired, this is her walking away. TNA's work with WWE/AAA conflicts with her working CMLL and she is choosing CMLL over TNA/WWE.

Tessa Blanchard is gone from TNA as she has requested and received a release from the company.

PWInsider.com is told that politically, Blanchard could not continue to wrestle for CMLL in Mexico and TNA (obviously, due to TNA's relationship with WWE, which owns the majority of AAA's parent company) and chose to remain with CMLL, where she has performed for years.

Fightful.com first reported Blanchard's exit.

Liv Morgan Stalker Found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (And Update Links)

Chan was arrested by the FBI on 6/3/25 after WWE security, having seen security footage from Morgan's home, recognized him and alerted authorities. Chan was indicted on 6/25 and faces five years imprisonment. Chan had been incarcerated since his arrest in June and has failed at several attempts to be released before his trial.

In recent months, Chan pushed to introduce an insanity defense, which as it turned out, allowed him to be found not guilty.

Court documents filed last week noted an exhibit list that would be introduced at trial that included a Stipulation of Facts, a Handwritten note authored by Chan, the results of a Neuropsychological Evaluation of Chan and a Forensic Psychological Report on Chan.

Chan will be released into ICE custody to be deported from The United States, according to court records.

PWInsider: Update Link

Shawn Chan, who was found not guilty by reason of insanity in his criminal case after traveling to the United States and Liv Morgan's home, was taken into custody by ICE overnight and will remain in custody of The Department of Homeland Security until he is deported

[PWInsider] CM Punk Incident Underscores How Vulnerable WWE Talents Were at Their Own Hotel WrestleMania Week

This past Thursday 4/16, PWInsiderElite.com noted, "There's already been some concerns among talent about the company hotel this year. Last night, there was no additional security beyond the hotel itself and since the hotel is part of a major casino, there was no real ability to restrict the flow of fans. We are told there were tons of fans in the lobby and camped out by the elevators who mobbed everyone they saw, even referees, trying to get photos and autographs. The hope among the talents we heard from is that there will be some additional measures taken tonight to assist them when they are coming in and out."

[PWInsider] MJF Rips TNA for Pulling Talent

It's just a post of the audio transcript, and a twitter video of same, for the Busted Open SiriusXM broadcast.

Earlier today, AEW Champion MJF called into SiriusXM's Busted Open and ripped TNA for pulling their talent from scheduled appearances against AEW talents.

On the show, MJF commented, " I'm in a rotten mood, okay. Matter of fact, I'm in one of the worst moods I've ever been in my entire life, and I feel horrible because I've got a living legend here in Natalia who's gonna have to listen to me rant and rave. Nattie, I apologize to start off to you, you're a wonderful woman. The only Canadian I've ever, gotten to, I'm not met you in person, but the only Canadian that I've gotten to know. Outside looking in that I don't think's a complete idiot and a talentless loser. Now I'm about to talk about Dynasty, but before I do that, I wanna just say one more thing. Nattie, what you and TJ [Wilson] are doing right now for wrestling in general is incredible and I think it's awesome how much you guys are helping young talent, and now I would actually like to speak on young talent a little bit. Let's talk about TNA and the fact that they are pulling young talent off of shows. When they're barely paying them any money, what so fucking ever and telling them, 'Hey, you can't wrestle because there's a guy from another promotion that's wrestling on this show.' Does that help young talent grow? Does that help? Does that help young talent become better inside the squared circle? Moreover, does that help young talent put food on their plate and on their table so they can eat? What Carlos Silva's doing is disgusting, and if anybody supports him. Or that company at this point, it is very hard for me to wrap my head around. Now let's also talk about the fact that Nick Nemeth is completely terrified of me and all of this, in my opinion, is just some blatant weird conspiracy and excuse. 'cause he knows if he gets inside that squared circle with me. He's done for now."

[WWE PR] Dude Wipes Sponsoring Dominik Mysterio | Official WWE Partner

We joked about this happening, now it's not a joke anymore. WWE is putting ads on their wrestlers.

Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio, known for his rebellious in-ring persona and cultural resonance, will participate in a first-of-its-kind integration in which his signature gear will feature DUDE Wipes branding during every in-ring appearance on WWE programming, including Monday Night Raw and various PLEs. The integration debuted this past Monday on Raw, when Mysterio returned to in-ring action wearing his recognizable bandana rib cage t-shirt incorporated with DUDE Wipes branding.

EDIT: Fixed Domink to Dominik in title.

TNA Files A Lawsuit Against Gail Kim [Fightful]

The lawsuit states the following things:

  • Kim entered into a Services Agreement contract in September 2022 that included “talent relations, match production, and performer services. Kim also agreed to identify and support new revenue, business, and growth opportunities for AWE.” The agreement expired at the end of 2024, at which point the two sides agreed to continue on a month to month basis.

  • The Booking Agreement for Kim was non-exclusive and that she had the right to provide wrestling and other entertainment services “to other customers” based on certain limitations, including an agreement not to provide wrestling services to any competitors.

  • The Booking Agreement stated that Kim “will at all times be an independent contractor (and not an employee or agent of [AWE]); therefore, [Kim] will not participate in any benefit plans or programs that [AWE] provides or may provide to its employees, including, but not limited to, pension, profit-sharing, medical, dental, workers’ compensation, occupational injury, life insurance and vacation or sick benefits.”

  • Kim worked primarily in talent relations and production, but did wrestle on one occasion, worked from her home, was not provided an office space and did not work for the company full-time, as she continued to engage in other “independent projects”, including The Amazing Race – Canada and The Traitors Canada reality series. They also stated she received a 1099 for all payments and would receive another for her work that ended in 2025.

  • Kim’s working relationship with the company ended after a “strategic decision to restructure”, which led to Kim and two other independent contractors not having their contracts renewed as well as the termination of five employees. It also noted, “In connection with AWE’s restructuring, the former President of the Sports Group for AWE Sports & Entertainment, Anthony Ciccione, stepped down from his role in May 2025.”

  • They are also stating that since Kim was an independent contractor, she does not have any “legally cognizable claims” against them based on Florida law.

And here is a link to the PWInsider story they mention.

Raja Jackson, the son of MMA legend Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was arrested 9 AM this morning in Los Angeles in relation to the 8/23 incident at KNOKX Pro Wrestling in Sun Valley, CA that saw Jackson enter the ring and legitimately pummel independent wrestler Stewart Smith aka Syko Stu into unconsciousness and continue to beat him in the ring. '

Records indicate the charge is a felony, but specific information on what Jackson has been arrested for has yet to be released. TMZ, which first reported the arrest, states the arrest is related to the Smith incident at KNOKX Pro.

[Scaling Up Podcast] Doug Drago on the SykoStu incident with Raja

I tried to follow along for those that prefer reading, but I probably missed some stuff:

Says Stu has broken facial bones, missing teeth, no recollection of what happened, the people (Knockx) won't even put out the full story. Choked on his own blood and teeth, lost a lot of his teeth. Knocked out on the slam, but he just kept hitting him.

Sad that people that claimed they were Stu's friends just stood there and let this happened.

Says after his match that somebody whispered something wasn't right, guy was gonna do a spot, didn't give him a lot of info, what's the cue, talked to guy on radio to ask the back, was given the info about the beer can, that they talked it out, that they shook hands, made up, was told it's taken care of. Says he went out to the ring area, saw the slam, saw the first punch, the second...

He wishes he'd gone at the slam, people were in front of them he just had to get moving. Was apparently the only one told to watch this, people that were supposed to love Stu didn't do anything.

It felt like how you would use a dog, being sent out there like hey we'll send out bitch out there to fix this. They wonder why he was the only one told, maybe because he was the only one that could shoot fight.

Puts a lot of blame and the premeditation on small calves, chicken ass bitch with the cowboy hat, AJ Mana, that brought Raja who he knew had problems and was volatile. Says it was attempted murder.

Thinks Rampage picking at him and his daddy issues, plus Mana gassing his head up put him up to it. Thinks Raja is a shit person for his actions, but AJ is worse for egging him to get in the ring and ruin his life for somebody AJ has a problem with. Doesn't believe it's coincidence. Says AJ had Raja do his dirty work cause he couldn't do it.

Talk about his toxic live stream where the chat was telling him to do something. Says he was in shock, like he was in slow-mo, looking at Stu's friends, they were all just standing there, none of them willing to do anything or step up and save their friend. Sometimes you have to get the fuck up and help.

All the people that called Stu family, where the fuck were they? I get in the ring and this guy tries to double leg me, learn a better double leg you fucking prick, telling Raja to calm down, and Raja goes at him, punches him in the eye, calls him a fucking loser, fucking low life, fucking clown.

Thinks he would have killed Stu, probably would have killed him if Raja had gotten his legs out from under him. Look at his live stream talking about being tired of people fucking with him, says he needs to change the fucking people around him, go to therapy, get some fucking help, hurting people who don't train like him and his father, he's a fucking bully.

Stu was given CPR, choking on his blood, paramedics came. Drago says he left to go after him, and people held him back. Only person who met Raja was a fucking crackhead in facepaint begging for clout, for the internet.

Says there couldn't be anything more mismanaged than that entire fucking night.

Load & Go criteria with the paramedics getting him and him choking on his blood. Kids crying, women & children, one kid tried to come back to check on Stu.

Fuck that asshole with the stupid cowboy hat, bringing somebody you knew was volatile, says he set him up, knew what he was doing. Fuck everybody involved in that situation. Raja needs help, mental health, but he needs jail as well.

From what he hears, Stu's family was there, he hears AJ was talking to and lying to his dad. Say Stu had brain swelling, lost most of his teeth, having trouble with maintaining balance, has been taken off breathing tube. Stu doesn't have memories, doesn't want the attention.

Drago talked to the cops when they showed up, about 15 minutes after Raja fled, says he left them his contact information.

KnockX is allegedly encouraging people to not cooperate with the police. They post some graphics on screen that allege this. That people should only allow some individuals with the company interact with the police. Calls those that comply with that, and those doing it they are sacks of shit that should go fuck themselves. Allege the school at the same time as discouraging talking to cops did encourage people to share the videos for their 15 minutes of fame.

Stu was there from day 1, Drago has been there 3 years, and they let this happen. Drago says he's done with the company, he can't trust them, especially in matches with chairs and shit.

The company and everybody responsible should face consequences. They let this volatile person and whole situation happen. Drago says he's still upset about the kids having to see that and seeing their faces.

Raja needs to get help, his dad and the internet and everything, go get some mental health, says Raja is soft, sensitive and everything is a personal attack to him.

They talk about how the online chat really riled him up and he started getting pumped about what he was going to do. Drago says it was a fucked up situation. He can't imagine being a father and his kid doing that, or on the other foot being a father and having that happen to his kid. The publicity, fame, clout is doing nothing but hurting the way he's doing it.

Says everyone responsible needs to face consequences. This is probably the worst thing since the Mass Transit incident. Still can't get over the little girl that was crying, she was hurt, watching his friends kid and seeing his face, not crying but hurt, it was sad. We showed the kids that's how adults act.

Drago then calls out Rampage, offers to box him, says he'll get his ass kicked but he can use it to raise money for his kids legal defense and Drago will raise money for Stu. Don't give money to anyone other than the official go fund me.

Says all proceeds from The Go Fund Me will be given with proof and not to trust other go fund me's.

Drago says he's not billy badass, he just stands up for him and his friends. He's sorry to everyone for what happened, hopes everybody gets there shit together.

[PWInsider]Big Internal Change within' WWE... aka TKO Screws Over WWE Employees!

WWE Employees have gotten 1 month of severance pay for every year they worked for the company under WWE policy, TKO informed them that they they'll only get 2 weeks severance for every year of employment going forward as well as some other changes based on their level, but those exact changes are not listed.

The company will now honor a TKO policy of two weeks worth of severance pay for every year an employee worked for the company.

We are also told there are additional caps on the policy based on management level but have not heard particulars on that.

TNA SEEKING $10 MILLION MEDIA RIGHTS DEAL, SEEKS TO GO LIVE WEEKLY, SALE NOT OUT OF QUESTION | PWInsider.com

[T]he company is being represented by CAA in media rights discussions and is seeking a $10 million a year deal.

A “new media rights deal will help us build a more consistent fan base with larger reach,” Silva said. “It will also provide us the opportunity to go live 52 weeks a year, and in today’s world live matters [in terms of fan interest and revenues].”

“There are a couple of networks, that look like Spike [TV] in today's world, we could be a good fit for; the same way [UFC and TNA were for that network a decade or two ago].”

Silva did not shoot down the idea of selling off their Sports Division if they cannot make the brand profitable.

That division includes TNA as well as INVITCA and The Fight Network.

"TNA is not yet profitable. But the business is said to be ‘moving in the right direction’."
