Hiromu Takahashi to leave NJPW

After careful consideration and discussions with NJPW management, Hiromu Takahashi, who has been a long standing member of the NJPW roster will leave New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
We apologise to fans for the sudden nature of this announcement. Hiromu's final scheduled appearance with NJPW will be at New Beginning in Osaka on February 11.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling wishes Hiromu Takahashi the very best in his future activities and invites fans to show their support on his remaining appearances with NJPW.
Any ideas where he is off to?
I don't know where he intends to go, or if he intends to go anywhere, as he might freelance. But, he's in his mid-30s now, if he wanted to try his luck in AEW or WWE this would be the time and I expect both they'll both make a play for him.
I hope its AEW, cannot see him ever being used properly in WWE
I read something on Bluesky a week or two ago that said he was WWE bound, but I don't recall the source, could have just been some asshole on the internet. (aren't we all?)
