Baby dies after California mom leaves him in car to get lip filler on 101-degree day, police say
Is this woman crazy? What kind of sane person would leave their kid alone in a car for two hours, especially in this heat?

Wages are stagnant and cost of living is ridiculous. Are we headed for a crash?
The crab said: You just haven't seen your steamer yet. The crab is a low-level animal, and its nervous system is so simple that when it is slowly steamed in the steamer, it will keep stuffing the ginger slices next to it into its mouth. It just feels uncomfortable, and it thinks that eating something will make it better. I don't know if you can understand the meaning of this paragraph. To sum up, we are already in the steamer. We thought that if we find a good job and work hard, everything will be fine, but the fact is that wages are not rising, prices are rising rapidly, and the world is rotten.

Weekly Recommendations Thread: What are you playing this week?
I bought Spiritfarer on Steam, a casual management game about death. The art is so beautiful! You play as Stella, the ship owner of the deceased and a ferryman of souls. Build a ship to explore the world, then help and care for the ghosts and eventually send them to the afterlife. Farm, mine, fish, harvest, cook, and use your own methods to cross the mysterious sea. Spend a leisurely and wonderful time with your ghost passengers, create everlasting memories, and finally learn how to say goodbye to your cherished friends. But in fact, I still play CS2 more often.

Thank you for your suggestion. Actually, I prefer to buy solid wood doors, but my husband thinks they are a bit expensive and wants to buy WPC doors.

Trim around door warping
If it’s easy to remove, you can take off the part that’s coming loose, clean off any old glue and dust, then apply some wood glue evenly on the back. Press it back into place and secure it with tape, clamps, or small nails for about 24 hours. Once it’s fully dry, you can fill any gaps with wood filler, sand it smooth, and touch up the paint.

Thanks so much for the advice and good luck! Your MDF+aluminum doors sound very solid. I'm just curious, how good are they at soundproofing? Better than a regular solid wood door?
