Person put up signs tell people not to kill people with cars. Police say that's criminal tampering.

Fuck decorum. I give negative damns about it given the extensive history of it being used as a shield to protect the facilitation of what amounts to mass murder. If dark skinned foreigners did ten percent the damage cars do we'd have used some of the nuclear arsenal but because it's fucking profitable innocent people die every day and little, if anything, is done about its root causes.

Oglaf: Wrath

Wow, that priest is astoundingly honest. It's never about proving "heretics" wrong, for the simple reason that they can't in most situations. The mass-murdering institutions only care about sufficiently large massacres that there's no-one left alive who would question them.

The issue is that they don't care. They don't care if the Bible says anything at all about the subject their on about or even if it contradicts them. What the Bible actually says is irrelevant to them, it's only what their glorious leaders pastors say it says matters.

The root of faith is authoritarianism, not any branch of morality or reverence or regard for history or their mythology.

Great talk

Yep, I get this problem. Doesn't help that I sometimes speak with the cadence of Darth Vader which makes it much easier for NTs to interrupt me thinking that I've stopped talking.

It began when she was 14

Ah, yes another example of the exceptional moral fiber of the religious. The higher standard that the religious hold themselves and their leaders to that makes all of us atheists look bad...

Oh wait that's never the case. They use their vile faith as a shield from the consequences of their own abhorrent actions. Seriously, can someone differentiate faith and infectious disease for me?

Like a lot of our problems: They were obviously a problem when they were new and continued to be obviously a problem up until they'd propagandized generations that grew up with them being a reality. It's not so much a matter of the people of the past being dim-witted enough to go in for these bad ideas but rather the robber barons who're interested in them spending a lot of time to normalize them in order to get much richer off of them at all our continued expense.

An answer to my prayers?

Yeah, that's frustrating. Reminds me of learning my grandfather attributed me being accepted to my collage of choice to the fictitious despot rather than my own ability (at least in spite of being religious he's kind, this kind of thing with him tends more to be by way of unfortunate implication rather than intent).

Should

Think about it like this: Stress is bad for you. It degrades your ability to do things effectively and degrades your physical and mental health if it's too consistent. Therefore removing stress is a necessary and important activity. Do what you enjoy, at least sometimes.
