I hate Easter. Pretty much always have and I think I always will. Let’s all freak out about Jesus pulling a hat trick. Well guess what folks, zombies aren’t real so Jesus didn’t pop out of a tomb after three days. Sorry for the spoiler.

But my biggest issue with it is the religious fanatics. Like people seem to lose their minds over the Jesus shit. This guy for example wants to rearrange an entire baseball schedule. My in laws are going to cram 25 people into a house that can’t fit more than 10. All because of Zombie Jesus. Thank you Zombie Jesus for ruining my spring every year, asshat.

Hello! I am looking for some suggestions on supplemental income while I am job hunting. Unfortunately I had to leave my career unexpectedly due to incessant racism and discrimination.

I have looked into DoorDash (doesn’t seem all that worth it when you start doing the numbers), Fiverr, and I’m currently looking into maybe selling on Etsy.

My main concern is how competitive the current job market is and how long job searches are taking. I would like to at least have a trickle of something coming in.

Ummmm so wow how have I never discovered this before??? This is the perfect place for me and it just so happens my keyboard died and I need a new one! I run a Mac and am not picky about Bluetooth or hardwired. Everything else you will have to explain it to me like I’ve 5 haha. Thanks I’m advance. TLDR: Replicated a Reddit sub, banned from four communities.

I’m about to gooooooo off!!! So I love Reddit. I love it. I have adhd and depression, name a better candidate to love their dumpster fire. I’m also all for this blackout. But that means I’m losing my favorite sub, so I thought. So I got proactive and built it here on the Fediverse. Big mistake. I get it made and then reach out to the mods on Discord in private via a ticket because I’m not using Reddit right now. They got pissed and told me to take it down, well it’s the internet so no. I leave it at that and move on. Well fast forward a few hours and this power hungry mod banned me from the Discord, and then proceeds to permanently banned me not only from the sub I had replicated but two other subs not even part of it. Reddits response you ask? “Oh yes this is totally fine and they’re allowed to power trip.” I have screenshots of it all but I’ll provide the one so you can see I didn’t start it off wrong nor end it rude when I made my proposal. I’m so fucking pissed. Fuck Reddit.

TLDR; lost to some power hungry mods to bring us to the Fediverse!

Right, wrong or indifferent; creating this community and trying to go about getting it into the wild the right way cost me 3, yup you read that right 3 of my favorite places on the internet. All thanks to one power hungry mod.

I posted my initial contact earlier with the mods at the Discord r/PKMNTCGTrades and left it at that. Several hours later I get a random ban on the Discord. And then a ban on Reddit. Followed by another ban. And another 28 Day timeout. All becuase I made this community. The mod began our talks with, “I’m not sure you understand how this works.” Claimed I was somehow leveraging a free community and topped it off with some victim shaming. Sure I could have handled it better but as I am typing the bans are flying in. I stood no chance. I appealed it with Discord and Reddit but we know how that goes.

Hope its not for nothin.
