Giant Octopus [OC from 2020]
Made this with GIMP in around 2020. It was made to be the cover of a zine.

This is some art I did using the android app "Autodesk Sketchbook" in 2025.
Does anyone know of a good open source alternative android app for sketchbook? I've tried a few, and often their controls and layer options aren't available. I generally find all of my apps from f-droid, so I often hate when I have to resort to Aurora Store.
Otherwise, this was something I kind of did on a whim. One of those times where I'm just drawing clouds until I see something in them.
Here is something that might be hard to read, but I wanted to share a comic I made long ago with Lemmy! I have been doing a lot of lurking, and I want to make it a regular thing to share with you the art that I have made in my life, and new art that I am working on!
This is something I made around 2015. I drew it on paper, and then colored it using GIMP.
No promises, but I want to share stuff more often! I usually make more detailed alt text for my art, but I really don't have the time right now to type out all the dialogue and descriptions for this, maybe someday I will though.
Thanks for being a federated open source link aggregator that is rising in popularity. I ditched reddit since it closed source. I haven't seen a popular viable alternative for me to integrate into since. <3
I was inspired to draw and share an original comic because of others in the fediverse that do so. So here's "BRAIN DECAY" 001. I don't know if there will be a 002, but I have certainly set myself up for making it by presenting it in such a way.
I recently received a commission from someone who saw old artwork of mine used in a game called "Abiotic Factor". I had posted it on opengameart.org (https://opengameart.org/users/5hiroi) a long time ago.
This is my art that was found in the game, and I don't have a machine that can run it, but it looks really cool actually. I'm really happy to see stuff that I made for creative commons be appreciated so randomly in my life.
I just wanted to share that, and if you have played this game, did you see this artwork? What did you think? :D
Here are two videos I found on youtube on where to find them! Cool!
Something I did in Krita. I love drawing subtle skeletons and spirals, so on a colorful whim, I whipped this up. :)
