I would have liked more browning too. But I saw the cheese starting to go from liquid to solid and decided to pull it out.

Pizza without sauce. Is cheese bread from Little Caesars with a side of sauce a pizza?

I would go with "Italian gravy" for that. Pork neck bones cooked in tomato sauce for 6 hours. Maybe some 'baby' mozzarella balls. Tempting.

Definitely pressure can. As long as the lids are sealed the food is still edible. You will lose micro nutrients over the years but the macros will still be there.

Exactly. Brings the heat closer to the food without the risk of burning and allows for the occasional doneness check without letting so much heat out.

Slice, seasoning, oil, toss to coat. Preheat oven to 425 with a cast iron pan on the bottom rack, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place fries close but not touching. Bake for 35 minutes.

Cost from today with beef prices from three years ago thanks to the power of canning. If I found beef for under $2 a pound I always found a way to can it for later.

No change. She is still hissy. She got her first round vaccines today. We have a few weeks before fixing and boosters. Then I need to see if we can find someone that doesn't mind the hissing and needs a cat that will keep their chest warm for hours and a time.

Two decades ago I wanted fries but didn't want to waste oil. That's when I created my recipe.
Taco seasoning.
Chili powder.
Italian seasoning.
Montreal steak seasoning.
Salt.
Anything red.
I have made so many variations over the years. This time I went with some homemade taco seasoning, cumin, tajin and extra salt. I typically use peanut oil but use whatever you got with a high smoke point.

A lot of the kittens I have worked on have been shipped up to Connecticut and other northern states to places that have this as their rule. I've recently had about ten adopted locally at a cat cafe. They have their rules. I don't make the rules. I tame the cats.
