Otzi the Iceman had 61 tattoos. Most of them took the form of lines at various points on his body. Here I have used myself as the canvas for two of them. One on his left wrist and one on his left lower ribs. This is fitting because these tattoos were on spots that even thousands of years later we can tell he had medical issues with and my lower left ribs have been broken and bruised a number of times.

6'2" flesh canvas, Micron 10 pen.

One of the little factoids I love about Ötzi is that we know he must have been murdered because of the arrow in his back, but the information is so sparse we have no idea why or what happened -- was it a blood feud? a hunting accident? a personal grudge?

Doing a quick lookup on Wikipedia, it seems that Ötzi is a little bit later than the rest of your pieces (it says he's from the chalcolithic/copper age), but I can understand how we can extrapolate that the tattooing must have been an older tradition and I think this is a really neat take on the prompt!

Depending on the area the mesolithic ends at different times. The area he was found in was still just barely in it. But he himself may have passed through areas that were past it. His genetics indicate he was from a rather isolated population that didn't deal with many people.
