I got downvoted here because I asked why the front page is basically 50+% about Reddit. I'm so sick of hearing about reddit here, can't users make their own content or are we just going to discuss reddit for years? so pathetic

News: A confused Dianne Feinstein tried to give a speech in the middle of a Senate hearing vote and was told to 'just say aye' instead

Actually there needs to be an overhaul of the system, either age limit on senate, house and presidency which I agree with, or an independent medical examiner/s verifying they are mentally capable of carrying out duties (this wouldn't work and is too open to corruption).

Just don't let people serve after 60. It even works to reduce generational thinking that infects government policy.

[Analysis] 'People are hungry for more choices': Inside the Green Party's push for 2024

Any other vote splitting will just make Democrats lose until the inherent issues within the voting system are resolves such as gerrymandering, the failed electoral votes (it should be majority), removing voting rights, that former criminals can't vote, that massive of amount of people are in and have been in prison system and can't vote, all voter supression, that voting isn't a paid legal holiday, that voting isn't mandatory, that electronic voting is difficult online. etc. etc. etc.

Two things with thumbnails: the photo is cropped, it should resize to the ratio and show everything so we can see the full thumbnail instead of a cropped one. Secondly, can you make it so clicking on an image thumbnail opens the image instead of going into the thread and then needing to click the thumbnail again to expand it/open it. Thanks
