This is truly sad. If this technology is going to work like claimed in the future and diagnosed early breast cancer in just 5% of people it could help save 32000 people a year and help a lot of people who don't die but have to go though a horrible treatment process.

When it comes to email I think you should consider what the biggest downside is. Big Tech invading your privacy or you standing out in a data breach because you use a privacy focused email and MAYBE looking suspicious to your employer because you use a weird email.

LineageOS is android and more secure because of that. Android has strict selinux policy's and good sandboxing i would not use a linux phone.

I don't think form a data broker perspective. More that a malicious person may find you more interesting.
