See, for me this line of thinking is troublesome. It implies we have to or should rely on the exploitation of desperate people willing to work for pennies on the dollar because they have no legal recourse.

Pretty sure they usually are. Training usually has a "hard deck" that they're supposed to treat as the ground, and if they go past it they "die". I wonder if this pilot blacked out mid maneuver

Part of it is due to private equity destroying private practice and buying up healthcare providers
