I don't see this flopping. I don't think it'll be more successful than Switch 1, but every kid who loved switch 1 is now 8 years older. I think sales are going to be huge. I don't disagree about prices of games being a concerning precedent, but honestly with silver, gold, deluxe editions and every game having battle passes we are already in a market with games costing more than $60-70. And most of those are incomplete garbage. At least with Nintendo you can expect a quality product for the most part (pokemon not included).
