I think you found another kind of vapor smoothing... Where you use thermal energy to smooth the print and vapor is produced 😅

Maybe have a look at pla on 1st layer for bed adhesion.

Considering your problems with this filament, have you maybe tried sunlu abs-gf? I'm considering printing some parts for my micron+ from it.

Thank you that's good insight! I also thought that maybe it would behave more like pla in the cooling and solidifying regards. Changed PLA manifucturer. Settings were a bit too hot for the new spool and had warping on the first larger part.

GreenTec (basic) is like a not so stiff first iteration of their special material mix. It has a high notched and unnotched impact resistance, lower youngs modulus, lower softening temp, and more elongation at break than GTP. You can think of it like the difference of PETG to PET where PETG is the basic Greentec.

In small places: corexy not only for particles (cooking produces much more than a pla/petg print and some are proven carcinogenic, but research your self) but for actual space. Bed slinger often seem smaller but once you factor in the space the bed travels, they are actually requiring more space.

Something more open like Sovol or Creality will benefit you once you want to tinker with the printer to have better cooling or sth...
