Did you figure out what was giving you those wild numbers?

Serious side, bed fan mod did a lot for chamber temps and recently started using some nano polymer adhesive on fr4 sheets, have had zero issues with warping even on large prints.

I was tightening a nozzle on a spare hotend and wanted to check it was hot enough while I did it. It was easiest to plug it into the chamber thermistor port. I realised it looked a bit silly and thought it was worth a post 😂

I genuinely do have trouble with sunlu abs coming unstuck. My chamber is 60°C, and my parts are hard to remove from the bed when they don't warp, which I think suggests my build plate is good. Have you / are you using Sunlu abs?

Sunlu abs I haven't used, was using polymaker and a house brand of where I usually source parts from. Been using abs from Matter3D for a while now, haven't had much warping issues with that.

I've been using a super thin layer of this on my surfaces and haven't looked back. Buildtak works really well too.

I think you found another kind of vapor smoothing... Where you use thermal energy to smooth the print and vapor is produced 😅

Maybe have a look at pla on 1st layer for bed adhesion.

Considering your problems with this filament, have you maybe tried sunlu abs-gf? I'm considering printing some parts for my micron+ from it.

I think I'll try printing cooler first. Hopefully the smaller temp difference will help.

I haven't tried any GF or CF filament. I'm a bit afraid of it, honestly. I've had fibres from sheets of fibre glass stuck in my skin for ages. I just try to avoid it 😆
