Ever since realizing I'm plural, it sucks seeing plural people in my discord chats have "Self-ID Systems DNI" because it reminds me of when I had to deal with trans meds (also called truscum). There's a lot of stigma so it never crossed my mind to check with a doctor for DID.

The others (alters) are very mindful so there were only a few moments when I caught them controlling the body. It feels like other people think I'm faking because it's not all doom and gloom. I'm actually happy being plural and we're all very close.

I remember being on trans forums where people would lash out at trans people who didn't hate being trans. It feels very similar sometimes to being plural. I'm just used to us figuring everything out by ourselves and the others are pretty smart so they almost always know what's going on before I do.

I've been buying physical media and want to save digital copies for SD card. I had no issues with my CD for music but DVDs don't work.

I have an optical drive that I plug in and it works. VLC with libdvdcss installed through Discovery failed. I tried MakeMKV but it doesn't detect the optical drive.

So there's something I've been dealing with but have no frame of reference for handling. I had a bad ex who was a low-key chaser and even physically hurt me near the end of the relationship but may have come out as trans themself idk. Other trans people love this person and I think they spread rumors about me because local queer communities have been hostile towards me.

The whole thing was frustrating especially because I'm still dealing with transphobia from other people. I feel kind of done with trans communities because of stuff like this but I'm not sure.

I know Apple isn't great and I've been using Procreate on an iPad for drawing but are there any other options that don't require me buying a computer? Ideally I could get a drawing tablet with a screen similar to the iPad.

Well I have a SteamDeck so maybe I could connect a tablet to it.
