Did I got scammed? My Prime B360M-K sometimes boots with Gtx1650, and sometimes don't.
With horrible pc parts price I bought this Office PC with a Asus Prime B360M-K to upgrade as a gaming pc but the chiniese GTX 1650 Low profile I bought does not boot sometimes. It gives 1 long beep and 3 short beeps gap and another beep. card fan does spin all the time.

Is it possible to organise the cable cleanly in this pc?
The pc does not have back compartment, nor anyway to attack the cable to. What I am thinking right now is to hot glue some zip ties to the centre gap between HDD and mb. And then zip ties the cable to the zip tie, so it runs down the centre of the pc cleanly and branches out to its destination like a upside-down tree.
