here is my guess from reverse image search.
This mask is one of the devils used in "La Pastorela", a traditional play about the shepherds who are told of the the birth of Christ and the triumph of the God's angels over Satan's diablos.

Have you noticed any objects moving nearby without being touched? Has a strange old man suddenly grabbed your arm in the train station and tried to warn you about unspeakable horrors? Does a little neighbor boy stand in front of your house at night talking backwards? Have you started waking up with arcane objects in your hands and no explanation for how they got there?
I did actually find it in a trash heap. Guess someone wanted it gone.
