Have you read Trump's Executive Order banning flag burning? No exception for disposal. This is one issue I've always had with the idea of a constitutional amendment banning flag burning. Any amendment that has to contain a necessary exception for the exact act it seeks to ban is doomed to ironic failure. Then there is the whole issue that the only successful amendments banning things are to stop the government, not people, from doing things,
Also the wording is weird because it gets into motives and talks about using existing laws, but the existing laws make this completely legal and the motives are irrelevant.
It says that burning a flag is fighting words, but Fighting Words Doctrine has been quietly depreciated over the last few decades. The last major case was 2011. The court found 8-1 that you can say anything you want in public and if someone punches you they go to jail. It's why it's not legal to punch Westboro Baptist Church members with signs at funerals.

Seems to me there was no reason for the Biden administration, the DNC, and the Harris campaign to continue supporting Isreal. They lost millions of votes on that decision alone.

I would like to add my voice in the call for a recount of the 2024 presidential election. I would also like to ask that you conduct a full investigation into tampering, interference, and fraud for this election.
· 32 bomb threats were called into democratic leaning polling places in swing states, causing them to be closed for extended periods of time on Election Day.
· At least one bomb threat was called into a vote counting center.
· Polling locations were closed while voters were still in line to vote.
· Multiple Ballot drop boxes were set on fire, in democratic leaning areas, losing thousands of ballots.
· Many voters reported not receiving mail in ballots, while districts apparently had not sent thousands of them.
· Hundreds of people in swing states are reporting that their votes have not been counted or even have never been received, though they were dropped off/mailed on time
· Some voters also reported instances of their outgoing mail not being picked up after placing their ballot in their mailbox.
· Voters also reported having their ballots invalidated for reasons such as invalid signatures, and given no chance to fix it.
We cannot allow election interference. Please order a recount as soon as possible.
The American people do not trust the results of this election. The people are concerned that there is outside interference – from foreign governments and from private corporations at least – in our election. Trump is promising to put a 10% tariff on all imported goods. Basically a tax on anything not made in America. This would include all food products too. Like tomatoes, other berries and crap tonnes of wheat that are increasingly flown into the country.
He also wants to do a mass deportation. Let's ignore the whole "papers please" aspect of this that would result in actual citizens getting deported because they forgot their ID at home.
Let's focus on what it means when a large amount of our food is grown overseas and that without this illegal work force that picks our food and cooks it for us is suddenly removed from the country. Napoleon said an army travels on its belly. Well so does a nation.*
What happens to food prices when they go up 10% overnight and then food is left to rot in the field? And then what food is available isn't available in the ready to eat pickup, dine-in and delivery forms that people are used to and only a small portion of the population actually knows how to cook things that don't come in a box or plastic bag?
Food costs will skyrocket. Not 10% but by orders of magnitude. It would take two years minimum for farms and food places to staff, plant, harvest and retool to correct for this assuming they even found it worthwhile to do. The profits would be insane. And once they corrected you can guarantee that it would be at least a decade before competition actually brought prices back down.
It's not enough to hear an idea and feel good or bad about it. You need to think about the secondary and third level effects. To see how it effects other things and what the results would be. If you hear an idea, I can't think of one way that it would go bad then you haven't thought about it enough.
