TOSHA rules Impact Plastics not responsible for Hurricane Helene deaths

WJHL reports, "The management of Impact Plastics acted reasonably and gave employees enough time to leave safely on the day Hurricane Helene struck the Tri-Cities, according to Tennessee OSHA." Civil suits alleging employer misconduct are still pending, including a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Johnny Peterson.

Finally got a better shot of one of the flock's toms!

I've never tried birdwatching before but I had to turn around when I saw them so close to to the road. I came back a moment later and they'd started crossing, so I pulled in my neighbor's driveway, got as close as I could, and took the pictures you see. I'm starting to consider getting a decent camera for this, any suggestions? I regularly spot the flock across at my neighbor's farm (like my last post), which I'd say is probably... 200m or so? I might try and get a better range this weekend.

Side note, you can totally hear them fluff up from a good distance. It's exactly what you'd think it sounds like, just louder.
