For some reason it reminds me of Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines
The harsh white light illuminating City Hall really gives gothic vibes in general.
The umbrella up front reminds me of the old McDonald's statues.
That is because Philadelphians all drink blood and we're the inspiration for 13th century vampire myths.
I thought it was Always Sunny in Philadelphia....
