A little too late ain't it, people not only in japan worries about all the spending they will incur now not in 18 years after the child is conceived.
I assume it will come with other supports too
Maybe it won't help, but it seems like a good thing to offer
If one parent is taking care of three children (it is a full time job) and the other is working to bring in income, who is going to college?
