Ooo those look good. I just moved from California up to Seattle, so I'm missing tacos like these! Still on the hunt for a good spot

Over only ever visited Cali, but after having from places like el Gordo I'm fairly certain nothing on the east coast counts as a taco.

I moved from Texas to Seattle two years ago. I've given up. I can't figure out why they aren't as good here but they just aren't.

Los Chilangos Mexican on the east side (Bellevue/Redmond).

Go to El Moose in Ballard for good Mexican food, some of their tacos are okay but their main things is down home Mexican comfort dishes. They also have a restaurant in Mexico. The family is awesome.

Across from El Moose is Asadero, which is a Mexican waygu steakhouse that all the cooks from El Moose recommend.

That’s what I got.

At a minimum fresh cilantro and onion. There are some chili peppers too but I don't know specifically which ones they use, if I had to guess I'd say jalapeño, paprika and cayenne are in it.

I moved about 2 years ago from a Hispanic neighborhood in Chicago were I couldn't go more than 10 feet without bumping into a taqueria to Singapore. There are plenty of good things to eat but it is literally impossible to find Mexican food. I wonder if this is how Asians feel when they come to America and eat Panda Express.
