Its probably bots telling all the 'free thinkers' what position they need to take on this issue.
We're already aware, we don't need Fox News telling us as much.
I suspect the legal defense will be some variant of "I didn't know you couldn't do that."
If it is they'll be sent down, ignorance of the law isn't a defence.
