The website the run was played on (https://2048verse.com/) has replays that show every move with timing. We can compare the moves against move tables to try to see whether one was used and check the move times for any suspicious patterns.

Of course, the system isn't foolproof, and there's always a chance players could be using tables very conservatively. With all the information we have gathered, however, we have no reason to suspect P-Shiyi592's score.

If you're interested in seeing the replay, you can join the Discord or just DM me on Lemmy and I'll send you the replay code.

Nice! The highest I've ever gotten is only a 16k and an 8k.

I got to 32768 a long time ago and figured that was as high as you could go.

Didn't know it was a competitive game.

https://2048verse.com/ is where this game was played. It doesn't store any information if you play as a guest, and the only personal info it stores if you make an account is your IP to avoid alt accounts. You can even sign up without an email.

But I need The Game. Oh wait; I just lost. Never mind.

Clarifying it was without undos implies there are people that can't max that game with undos. Are there people like that?

With undo you can simply play the RNG for ideal pieces. That along with only swipping right and down will eventually get you a perfect game.

Dang, I thought where place the new tile spawns was deterministic. May as well add an infinite re-roll button to the game if that is allowed.
